Mentees sometimes ask "how many peer review assignments should I take on per year?", and I share good advice I got from Andrew Read: review around three times as many articles as you want to publish per year, since editors typically ask for three reviewers per article. Sounds logical to me!✍ïļðŸ§ ðŸ‘Ļ‍🎓
