Appreciate all the help. So after researching this, I need Windows 10 Enterprise IoT LTSC 2021, which is like, the version they use on ATMS & stuff so it has all the ads stripped out. It's supported until 2032 so all that "You need 11" stuff is a lie I guess? At least I know what to do going forward

Alright, so I got some good & bad news. Good: New PC works. It Renders VHS with the power of Zeus.
Bad News: The Windows 10 HD I did Youtube on doesn't work on these new computers...so is there a way to still use Windows 10 on a 2nd drive or am I kinda boned here? I want to avoid 11 if I can .

Still doing testing, but it looks like this renders VHS tapes about 3 to 4X times faster than my ancient 2020 computer. I estimate that's about 400% real time. So a 1 hour tape would take 4 hours to render, maybe three. Hey, If you can think of a better use for a $5000 computer I'd love to hear it.
