Thinking a lot recently about how being the HUMAN working with data for my monograph is what helped me uncover the stories of queer and disabled women heretofore obscured from literary history. AI couldn't have done that. Digital Humanities, emphasis on *human*.

the jury weren’t told that the filton prisoners would be sentenced based on a “terrorist connection” (PA were proscribed *after* the direct action they’re being sentenced for so it wasn’t reasonably expected) and there was a restriction stopping it from being in any reporting during the trial, fyi
🤬 You do not "fill the gap" in archives. You ask *why* the gap is there in the first place. That is where the real information resides. Also: LLMs train on digitized materials. Do you have any idea how little has been digitized? LLMs train on a *sliver* of the human past and human knowledge.
