Imposing some extra obligation on them, or suggesting they have some greater allegiance to Israel, is wrong. It lies at the heart of a lot of antisemitic tropes, that portray Jews as a foreign element in a country. They are not - they are our fellow Canadians, and Carney is right to call it out.
But where does it come from? What is the source? Saying it is a Google search doesn't provide authenticity. As I said, the quote sounds false. I don't say antisemitism when you say something i don't like. I use it when I see the usual tropes-scapegoating and dual loyalty accusations, in your posts.
Does that last sentence mean that you think only Jewish people are allowed to call out antisemitism? Appalling. We all have an obligation to call out discrimination. I am not Jewish, but I will call out antisemitism where i see it. as should anyone who claims to be against discrimination.
