If you're looking for software for all the basic stuff for image processing, for 20 years I've been using Graphic Converter. It is shareware, owned by one dude who answers your emails when you have a question, a little quirky but completely stable. And you can use it for free for quite a long time.
My partner used gippity for months, being very careful about not sharing any info. She asked it to describe her, and it said a bunch of positive stuff assuming she was a man. She asked: what if I was a woman? It said she’d be scary, intimidating and off-putting.
It was trained on the internet.
Inglorious X-Force 6 features some excellent art by Michael Sat. Maria& Romulo Fajardo plus some throwbacks to the original x-Force run including a location last seen in X-Force 8 (1991) , the crazy issue where Liefeld jammed with Mike Mignola to create the coolest looking comic of that year.
I should get to turn this joke I made for a group chat into a 48 page one-shot
This is what you get with kakistocracy!
Bluesky pals! I have a sci-fi graphic novel called DRIVE, & it's my favorite thing I've ever done! If you need a long, escapist read at the moment the entire thing is free to read, here: drivecomic.com

I took Gmail up on its invitation to "tab to improve" an email, and it took out all the character and didn't make it any clearer.
I get that not everyone writes well, so I can see how it would help some folks but I would rather read their honest words.
I spent about 20 minutes discussing queries with an actual copy editor for a piece I wrote for a different outlet today and it was so fun to discuss how to actually write and meaning. We spent at least five minutes just trying to improve the dek.

Men, by age 40 you should be playing accordion to five women seated on gigantic booze barrels. Get your lives together.
