Some Curiah City lore: Hair color can be changed with enchanted clothing, tattoos, or jewelry. As long as the enchanted item comes in contact with the skin, the enchantment is active and tailored to the individual.
Ex: Rex has an enchanted tongue stud that turns his dark brown hair + fur pink.
