Just wanted to get on here and share pictures of my baby boys but I’ve already seen far too many horrors. Here are the boys anyway
Croissant is an important member of the family
This cat is so fuckin big.
huge news: Greg fully snuggled in my lap!! We knew he was capable because @crits4cats.org has photos of him in laps but it finally happened for me!!! I’m over the moon
Archie was much chiller from the start. He’s a big, confident guy now. I’m definitely his person…he is usually wherever I am, and he loves to plop on my chest and snoozle for hours.
Archie is finally old enough to read to read his namesake’s zine. (When we adopted him from @crits4cats.org his name was Jorts Junior)
He’s still a fan of this move 🥰
For the first few days we only saw the grey cat by snooping on the kitty surveillance cameras we set up in their room. He was so scared! He’s still a skittish guy but he loves love and I think that in time he will discover snuggling.

Whoever adopts Baby Ruth will also need to have room for his best friend, Stuffed Croissant. (His best *cat* friend is JJ, though, and they can definitely be adopted as a pair if you want two fun boys with a ton of personality!)

JJ is settling into foster life & is starting to relax. He’s friends with the other kittens & learning to play w/them like a kitten his age should, & is less reactive when you reach for him. We’re seeing playful mouthiness more than fear-biting. In a lovely twist, he’s decided my wife is his pal 🥰

We still have so many sweet, funny older kittens (who are all quickly becoming young adults while still waiting for their forever homes). All very cat social & friendly, let us know what you’re looking for in a companion & we can match you up! Elkton, MD crits4cats.petfinder.com

Huge news, it’s Archie & Greg’s first adoptaversary! Last year on Mother’s Day we told my family we were ready to adopt, and my brother pointed me to @crits4cats.org. And on May 17, 2025 we brought home our boys!
