They either didn’t do the proper medical care evaluation after finding an animal on the street (knowing cars are a huge risk) or knew and hid it/didn’t wanna pay for it. I’m so sorry this was put on you but you’re a blessing for that animal. How lucky she is to have someone finally care enough.
