Relatively early start didn’t help avoid 30 degrees 🥵 But came prepared and did a nice run #trailrunning

Incredibly hot 25k #trailrunning race just across the border in Belgium 🇧🇪 The trees offered shade, but still 🥵 Respect to those competing in the 35k and 50k races 💪🏼
