4/ I don't see airlines falling all over themselves to make the lives of passengers very pleasant. Sure, it's a difficult industry. High fixed costs and now volatile variable costs (fuel). Then there's the Orange Menace destroying demand. Still, bad PR and a failure to honour a promise.
