Only one month left for my pottery class so I have ordered some clay and underglazes so I can hand build horrors between classes.
Currently paper prototyping out a giant isopod cake stand.
Battersea Children’s Zoo has rare breed baby piglets right now and you can book to give them snacks and pet them.
Or, as I opted to, steal their little piggy noses.
I have just learned about pigeon milk and am so excited for pottery next week where I am compelled to try and make little ceramic milk cartons with appropriately painted labels.
I've noticed I'll get to the end of a workday where I've gotten loads done, but it doesn't feel like I've done much. So, I'm experimenting with adding more little rewards into my day as I get things done.
Do you all have any small treats or reward activities use use that brighten your days?
City Lit is offering 15% off summer short courses w the code "SUMMER2026". They have exciting, weird online classes.
Or you can also use my referral code for £20 off if that's a better deal (if you use this I would also get a discount on the next course I book with them. I want to take Cornish)
I have slept so well that I am hopeful in a world not built to sustain my hope.
Gonna have a coffee and head out into the world make this everyone else’s problem.
Making a real normal online purchase* for a pottery project

I don't work for City Lit. I just really like taking weird short courses and learning new things and I want more of my internet friends to get to take weird classes.
