New work from @csneeze.bsky.social explored how common additives for thermal stability analyses affected protein-drug interaction hit calling.
We were surprised to see that buffer and method selection for lysates could recapitulate findings from in cell thermal stability assays!

Excited to share our latest preprint from us at the Schweppe Lab detailing detergent impacts to thermal stability with consequences for thermal profiling: DDM behaves quite differently from NP-40 when used as a component of a melting buffer!
