This industry is nothing without its people, and through mass layoffs and studio/outlet closures over the last several years, we are guaranteed to not only lose centuries worth of institutional knowledge, but discourage untold scores of young talent from pursuing this career. This must change.

we need industry-wide crediting for consultants!! i once consulted three times on a game only to be absent from the credits when it launched. credits are important for everyone, but especially for WOC who have to work 3x as hard as our white, male counterparts to get in the same rooms.
