I'm incredibly grateful to have received the Young Investigator Grant from KWF and Alpe d'HuZes! This grant will support our work on understanding how antigen presentation dynamics are regulated and how these processes occur in penile cancers.
I am deeply honoured to be awarded the NVBMB Prize 2026! I feel very grateful for this recognition, and especially for the many colleagues, mentors, and team members who have supported me scientifically and helped me get to this point. A big thank you to the NVBMB for this award.
Preprint alert! 🚨 Presenting MHC1-TIP: a scalable, cost-effective workflow for MHC-I ligandome + proteome profiling from diverse samples, to for example uncover intratumoral heterogeneity in RCC. Spearheaded by Mayukha Bathini, and big thanks to all collaborators! biorxiv.org/content/10.1...
Grateful to have received the ZonMW Open Competition grant together with @chirlmin.bsky.social. We will combine molecular engineering, single-molecule imaging, and genomics to investigate the binding kinetics of antigens to MHC class II and T cell receptors. Exciting times ahead!
