It’s worth noting that playing with good guards can help a post player’s offensive numbers and the team Dodson played with last season in Spain did not appear to have good guards. Sydney will have significantly better guards.
Her numbers in her last pro season in Spain are underwhelming (10 points and 7 rebounds per game) but could be a good cheap import. Rebounding alone would be valuable. Do the Flames have any budget for a good second import? We shall see. A good defensive centre would be nice.
