Generally it’s pretty sturdy, but it *is* a bit rocky during mount/dismount lol. Like all FT products, I think it’s a perfectly good starter bench if you want to figure out if it’s something you enjoy using. I plan on upgrading to something heavier duty in the near future, but it does the job.
