But it would allow BBC Scotland to run their banked, pre-prepared SNPBAD smear set piece.

1. Financial Transparency: Evaluating how cleanly all political parties operating in Scotland log, track, and report their finances to prevent future instances of individual fraud or institutional oversight.

For the Scottish Parliament to carry out the enquiry as per the Scottish Greens amendment. It would required the UK Parliament to devolve the appropriate powers.
