The application deadline for the Pride in Place Neighbourhood Board has been extended to give more local people the opportunity to apply!
If you live in Glascote Heath or Stonydelph, or have a strong connection to the area, you now have until 5pm tomorrow to apply.
I am delighted that The Howard Primary School in Elford has secured funding to improve its school buildings through the Condition Improvement Fund.
This Government is investing £2.1 billion in school maintenance this year, including £450 million for upgrades at 684 schools across the country.

Regulation of energy brokers and TPIs has been included in the King’s Speech. What began as a campaign to support local businesses is now moving through Parliament!

I’m supporting the RSPCA’s campaign reminding dog owners to take extra care during hot weather. Please take care when walking dogs in the heat, make sure they have plenty of water, shade, and somewhere cool to rest, and never leave a dog in a car on a warm day.

A new Youth Hub is coming to Tamworth 🎉
Youth Hubs bring together Jobcentre Plus, local authority services, employers and training providers under one roof, supporting 16–24 year olds to access the opportunities they need to get on in life.
