Like the lack of trans youth and younger adult care (because banning trans care for 18 year olds is an adult care ban, and a gateway to wider) literally kills trans people. A lot of us barely survived it. This is not an abstract issue or a goddamn bargaining chip.
TNN is good journalism that says "no AI" and provides good alt text. I recommend folks follow them.
