Jazz OTD: I've seen different listings for the date of the session that produced this remarkable early performance by the great Carmen McRae, with none other than Billy Strayhorn at the piano, as either June 14, 1955 or June 14, 1956. Either way, seems fitting to post it today. #jazzsy
