We are fairly well-informed people who knew what the evidence suggested the best care pathway was. We wanted progesterone after the first miscarriage, but weren't allowed it without going through it all twice more. Since then, we've had two successful progesterone-supported pregnancies.

Hopefully studies like this one can start to have the real-world impact that is necessary, and help lots more couples to have more positive pregnancies.
