Views from the window seat! Mono Lake, on the eastern side of the Sierras in California, and Shiprock, in New Mexico. I’ve been waiting to view Shiprock from a plane for years! Finally did it! Enroute to NYC to play tour guide for friends. :)

1) Lox, cream cheese, onion, tomato and capers;
2) egg, cheese and pastrami.
I was in heaven, but probably had enough sodium for a week. Worth it! :)
