got OBESE so decided to lose weight weight: 81kg ➡️ 69.75kg all these biomarkers went from abnormal ➡️ normal: > blood pressure > blood sugar > liver enzymes (AST/SGOT & ALT/SGPT) been eating ice cream + high sugar/carb food/drinks daily sugar is not the enemy 🤷‍♂️

still overweight currently so i will push further to lose more weight until i get closer to normal weight based on BMI goal is to lose body fat & gain more muscle mass volume eating is what helped me a lot on this journey it allows me to eat more food w/ less calories
