The image quality is a little lacking but the position was just too perfect that I hurried to take it before he woke up and moved. xD

The color limitation is so hard to work with for HUD. I need an easy to see color that isn't too harsh, but also isn't really used in the scene. So... citrus? White for CRUCIAL information.
Probably will keep the environment on the cooler side of the color wheel.

For context, this was what the HUD was before the refactor. My sketch work is going to be 'chunkier' than the final product.
Trying to get that mech feel, but also kinda get a bit of a 4:3 vibe in lock-on.
Another rule is that I'm only allowed to use 45/90 degree lines. Nothing else.
Making games is hard, and visibility is even harder. But if you like, share, and buy my game, it'll always be easy to find 😊
