On a visit to the extraordinary, sprawling former home and studio of sculptor Xavier Corberó with www.iconichouses.org/news/the-wor.... He moved there in 1968 and was still adding to it when he died in 2017. Currently undergoing restoration, it will become a cultural space open to the public.
Casa Bloc. The first modernist social housing apartments in Barcelona, built 1932-1936 (Josep Lluís Sert, Josep Torres Clavé and Joan Baptista Subirana). Severely disrupted during and after the Civil War, but now again used as originally intended. A visit with www.iconichouses.org/houses/casa-...
