Quick/rough calculation using 2021 census data and 2023 ridings suggests its gotten more uneven (for Edmonton especially).

Another way to think of it is: Calgary+Edmonton grew from 54% to 58% of Alberta's population, but their seat count only grew from 53% to 55%.
