Went to renfaire with bf. My fave part was the jousting. He absolutely loved the falconry show. Our costumes were hella comfortable and it didn’t get too hot. We had a great time but I forgot to get pics of us in our finished costumes. Oops.
My homemade vanilla is still better but it takes 2 days to make and requires I but whipping cream, homo milk, and vanilla beans (all v v expensive) whereas I can get a 500mL tub of Chapman’s Premium Plus Triple Vanilla for under $6.
Chapman’s finally invented a vanilla ice cream that’s nut free and doesn’t taste like a cardboard box! Like it’s as good as Summers but I can get it outside Toronto! Their strawberry is not as good as summers and I’ve yet to get homemade strawberry to freeze properly for me but the vanilla is good.
