Quelle Surprise. A scheme based on evidence, only opposed by the knuckle dragging ignorant with a high sense of entitlement , turns out to be a really good thing.
The level of ignorance is just stunning... Northern Ireland did have lots of guns in the mix once, it wasn't good.

The levels of ignorance here is just mind-numbing. Applauding violent and murderous thugs is bad enough. Not having a clue that the thugs are from the Loyalist community and what that means in the context of Northern Ireland is just maddening. Typical Conservative American: opinionated but clueless.

Imperial College scientists analysed health records before and after introduction of air pollution reduction zones Low emission and clean air zones attract controversy whenever they are proposed, but there is growing evidence that they work in improving air quality. The Bradford zone was followed by a reduction of about 25% in GP visits for heart and breathing problems and survey data shows that the central London zone was followed by a reduction in the likelihood of a person taking sick leave.
