An excellent piece: a clear explanation of a shocking mess. Some pretty malicious people have pushed us here, but it’s the cowardice and incompetence of politicians and the EHRC that have really stuffed it up. This is unworkable, undignified, and unnecessary. We should just cancel the whole thing.
