All of my App State crew were asleep underneath the bar … I think we had been up for 28 hours at that point?!
When they woke up and an entirely different band was on stage — they were really confused 😂
My first time seeing Umphreys McGee was in Las Vegas at the House of Blues post-Phish in 2004. 
It was the coolest thing I had ever seen. One by one UM, while moe was playing, would tap them on the shoulder and trade places with them. They did a complete band swap.
