The EHRC responded (image 1 and 2) in under 4 hours and did not address the questions raised in my complaint, all they provided me with was a general statement regarding the Commission's purported legal position. I have included my response in images 3 and 4.

During the Select Committee Rebecca Paul MP stated that "Women and girls have lost medals and podium places, earnings, and some may have even been injured due to sporting bodies not complying with the Equality Act and allowing males to compete against them." We have asked her for evidence

I suffered, being made to go through the wrong puberty. I don't want the people out there who are the kid I was, to suffer. *Making* them wait until 19 and have their bodies change into something they don't recognize, before they access HRT, is monstrous torture that you cis people cannot fathom.

I was invited to attend the Women and Equalities Committee this week, in my role as a member of the Joint Committee on Human Rights, to question the Chair of the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) about the recently tabled Code of Practice.
