taking care of myself. I burnt out once or twice and was able to push through, but I could've avoided it if I'd just been nicer to myself! Overall, I am so proud of Broomsmith. I feel it wraps up my SCAD career nicely, and it's a wonderful culmination of all the things I've learned while here.
This game has been a blast, and I can say confidently that I have improved so much while working on it. I've learned new pipelines, techniques, and tools. But I also know I could've done other things better- planning more thoroughly in my systems, naming things better (for my own sanity), and-
Reiterating another favorite of mine: The Curse Station! This was the primary mechanic for Spring Quarter. This video is older and I can say with confidence that the mechanic is even better now!! And isn't the baby mimic cute? If you don't feed her the curse, you get less money :( She's hungry.
