We have a billionaire here, tax avoiding while blaming the poorest for the UK's economic crisis. Ratcliffe follows a pattern of using false figures to whip up panic and misdirect blame. These comments are an insult to the many migrants - players and staff - who Man U rely on for worldwide success.
