I probably won't post many updates about this until we see how treatment goes (so not for another month or so) but I'm starting off in a great spot to fight this so again the outlook is pretty positive :)

I've mentioned that I've been sick over the last month but didn't share more because I didn't know what was going on. Good news - we now know what it is! Bad news - it's acute leukemia :(
I feel ok and have already seen a specialist, so the outlook is positive :)
I need them to find a way to sell cinnamon roll making kits that don't involve exploding cylinders. I'm not strong enough for that! I don't want to have to endure a firework blast jumpscare at close range for my delicious breakfast!! ðŸ˜
I just wanted to share so people would know that if I'm slow to respond or not as active in spaces/volunteering as usual it's nothing personal <3
I'm honestly doing ok (very few symptoms) and thankfully have insurance, time off work, and an incredible support network, so I'm set up for success :D

I've unfortunately been sick which has slowed things down, but I've been making it work! I've now practiced with three (3!!) different commentary partners and gotten an upgrade to my main team 🎉 I've also been memorizing pokemon speed tiers since it's a good small activity I can manage right now 😅
Pokopia DLC was obviously the most important part of the direct for me (YAY) but the most entertaining part was hands down the feature thumb war match because I was laughing the whole time 😆
Also excited there's a star fox demo because I think it will be fun to try 😄
Hoping to recover soon so I can get back to ladder practice and keep sprinkling in comms sessions 🤞
