NEW: This afternoon, federal agents violently attacked a crowd of protesters after descending from the Warren E. Burger Federal Building with tear gas and pepper spray. Protests are ongoing in St. Paul after 15 people were indicted this morning, and many arrested, for past anti-ICE activism.
