So it turns out that without realizing it I've crafted myself a PreVitaCov alternative. In the trial they used Prednisolone as an anti-inflammatory plus oral vitamins B1, B6 and B12.
I ended up doing intramuscular vitamins: C, B1, B6 and B12. pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38184567/
