Last night the Ohio General Assembly passed SJR 10, which means there will be a constitutional amendment on the November ballot to enshrine strict photo ID laws into our state constitution.
News flash, Ohio already has the strictest photo ID law in the country.
Happening now - OH Sen Health Cmte hearing. Today two abortion bills are on the agenda, HB 324, a bill to ban telemedicine for medication abortion, and HB 347 a bill to create a NEW 24 hr waiting period. Both of these bills are repeats of policy the court has already blocked as unconstitutional.
