And forthcoming in issue 3 of this year's NZ Law Review (the posted paper is post-review but pre journal copyedit & formatting), an article arguing remedial discretion on JR is a critical part of calibrating intensity of review in NZ & contributes to upholding the legitimacy of both the state & JR.
