Life Update:
I’m finally employed again. And I’m getting paid to play with dogs all day. I accepted a position as a shift lead at a pet boarding facility. I started this week. I’m so sore but I’ve gotten an incalculable amount of puppy kisses… it’s so worth it.
My newest babe, the love of my life, and chungus supreme is my orange boy Blaze. As much as I love and adore dogs, I’m a cat person at heart. Blaze’s humans of 10 years surrendered him 💔, and I met him at a feeders, put in an application on my phone, and brought him home the next day.

Since my post about getting to work with doggos kinda exploded I figured I’d share my own babies. I won’t be posting photos of client’s dogs because of privacy and consent, but these are my own loves I get to come home to.
Miss Daisy Mae is my old girl, at 11 years old. She’s been in my life since she was about 9 months old (she lived with my mother for a span) and is mostly rat terrier (my heart breed) but is big for a rat. I like Doc, she loves water and turns into a 1 year old again any time she can swim.

I’m gonna equip Slash with Mjolnir is not a thing I thought I’d ever say, but like, hit with a pumped up Tana, every saproling pings for 4 and that’s just gross… also, I’ve reallllly leaned into the payoff with Tana in the latest iterations, she’s morphed into a Voltron x Burn hybrid and I love it
Doc is a 3ish year old mutt. He’s got the vocal dramatics of a beagle (and some light brown patches) so we’re pretty sure that’s in there somewhere. He’s a rambunctious cuddle bug whose likes include being wherever you are and chicken and his dislikes are trailers and water.
