I hope Genesis will have a proper codex like Saga's keyword database and that the one in XDE was just a prototype for it.
The protagonist is a student (for just the first 30 seconds of the game), so having something like a diary would make sense
-Xenoblade without ACE and Hiramatsu will feel strange or not
