Why can't FIFA reorganize the referees, send him to Canada or Mexico to officiate there & move a different ref into 🇺🇸?
Surely they have more refs on hand than strictly necessary, so even without a swap, why can't he relieve another ref who's covering more than 1 match?
I've also found that for a dehydration headache, water is definitely good, but electrolytes help more. One electrolyte beverage max per 3 of water, or have a salty snack.
Limit caffeine, avoid alcohol.
