You can have every federal agency in the country propose anything they fucking want but I will stress this again. The federal government has no control over elections. Period. The USPS doesn't need to know who is receiving ballots of any kind.

I lived there for 20 years and loved it, mostly New Orleans. Not so much Baton Rouge. The food is unbeatable, imo. I miss that, and the friendliness of strangers. But I don't miss the politics (which was more purple when I was there) today.
My friend has a giant husky he calls "Frank." Frank rides in the front seat of his truck. Frank sleeps in the big bed while he sleeps on the sofa. Frank gets steak weekly. It's adorable to hear the way he talks to Frank. So affectionately and like Frank is a person.
