Happy #flyday! Cordyligaster septentrionalis, a distinctive and relatively common tachinid fly in eastern US. Discovered in 1909, apparently its host species has not been documented in the literature.

I have a heavily weighted pridemillie finished! They are pretty long as you can see and weighted fully so there is a lot of flop to them. This cutie is for the transpride flag and I love the colors so much. If you'd like them they are just 50 plus their ride ❤️
