Our Executive Director is tracking No Kings protests throughout North Texas, here's a dispatch from Frisco:
"More than a dozen "No Kings" protests are scheduled for the greater Houston area on Saturday, marking the latest round of coordinated, nationwide demonstrations against President Donald Trump and his administration."
In Dallas, one of the speakers included a young volunteer who read a letter from a child that has been detained at Dilley Detention Center for 45 days. According to the young girl, named Ariana, “I have never felt so much fear.”

Lots of activity in Plano (north Texas) for their No Kings protest:
The No Kings protests will be taking place in all corners of the state, with thousands of Texans expected to take part tomorrow.
"In November 2024, Texas hospitals reported about 30,000 visits from undocumented immigrants. In a matter of months, that dropped by 32% to 20,345 visits in August."
