This was exactly why the interpretation of the EA 2010 by the UKSC in FWS made no sense. The act literally says there is a process and the SC decided to interpret that aspect of the law away. By continuing to peruse this, the GCs are fully demonstrating their genocidal intent against us.

Once the Code of Practice comes into effect, there will be a legal challenge into whether Section 7 (Gender Reassignment) of the Equality Act is still valid.
Their tails are up, and they’ve got the resources to carry on with this lawfare.
And I can’t see the govt or judiciary wanting to stop them.
