I love a MG book that doesn't talk down to its readers, that recognizes & honors all the very real experiences and feelings the characters are having. Even better when the plot is strong, the voice is true & the pacing just rolls along. How lucky was I to win this book in an auction? #kidlit 📚👍🏻
