I love when a book reminds me that "rules" must bend, even break, for the sake of the story.
A 32-page picture book. Where does the inciting incident happen? Spread 12-13. Pages 5-11 are ALL establishing Bucket Head's personality & building her world. Guess what? It totally works. #kidlit 📚👍🏻
