People with more symptoms are not just more likely to be ostracized—they also more often ostracize others.
This project is part of our @snsf-ch.bsky.social project investigating ostracism using large panel surveys. #PsychSciSky #SocialPsychology #MentalHealth
We analyzed data from 11 European countries and found that while the strength of the effect varied, all countries showed a positive association between depression/anxiety symptoms and ostracism.
