The death toll from Israel's war on Lebanon since March 2 has surpassed 4,000. In the two days since Iran and the United States announced a Memorandum of Understanding that stipulated a ceasefire in Lebanon, Israel has carried out a series of massacres that killed at least 173 people.

The Israeli army committed a massacre on Saturday in the town of Qennarit, in the Saida district, killing at least seven people and injuring 13 others, including five children, according to a preliminary toll released by the Lebanese Ministry of Health.
