UPDATE: Judge Friedrich has now delayed her own order pending appeal, giving the DC Circuit three weeks to consider whether the permit DOJ to share the redacted Biden-Zwonitzer tapes with the Heritage Foundation.
Judge Friedrich reviewed the materials herself and said the redactions were significant and undercut Biden's claims of a breach of privacy. Though he has some sensitive discussions about public figures, she notes they track similar comments in his memoir. ecf.dcd.uscourts.gov/cgi-bin/show...
